The Cancellation Policy is as Follows:

We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is, therefore, requested that if you must cancel your appointment that you provide us with at least 24-hour notice of cancellation. This will enable us to accommodate another client who is waiting for an appointment to be scheduled in that appointment slot.

Appointments which are canceled with less than a 24-hour notification will be subject to a charge for the full session you have booked. An invoice will be sent to you by email for payment which will need to paid in full before your next appointment. Missed appointments “NO SHOW” will be treated like a canceled appointment, therefore, subject to the same charge.

If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
